St Clare’s is a small Catholic Primary School situated in Fagley, Bradford. It is served by the Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour and St Clare. We have 7 class bases, reception through to year 6 and 192 pupils on roll aged between 4 and 11.
The school is set in large grounds, with a playground, a field, an internal quad area, a garden area and a prayer garden. The school has a dedicated team of staff and governors who work hard to ensure that the children in our care achieve their maximum potential.
The children of St Clare’s are happy! They work hard and achieve well.
St.Clare’s is fortunate to have the benefit of belonging to two effective partnerships of schools, both of which offer very valuable opportunities for shared development and for peer support for staff and inter-schools engagement for children.
As a Catholic school, our primary partnership is with all the other Catholic schools in Bradford and Keighley. This Catholic Schools Partnership (CSP) is a vibrant and effective group which has developed many strands of school development and is very successful in its work for good Catholic education across the city, from nursery to A Level.
We are also part of our Local Area Partnership (LAP) along with all the schools in Bradford East. Again, this partnership is dedicated to constantly developing and improving our schools to ensure that all the children in this part of Bradford have the very best opportunities to succeed in their education.
